Practicing Self Hypnosis
WEEK 1.
Practice 10 times a day going into self hypnosis for a two minute time period. Tell yourself to emerge from hypnosis in two minutes and then raise your finger, take a deep breath, and drip your finger ( as you were taught). When it touches the surface, close your eyes and go into your deep relaxation. Emerge yourself when your body clock tells you two minutes has transpired, by counting form 1 to 3 and then tell yourself: 1-I'm emerging from hypnosis. 2-feeling good, feeling wonderful, like I'm washing my face in a cool refreshing mountain stream. 3- open my eyes feeling wonderful.
WEEK 2.
Practice at least twice a day and give yourself one goal or suggestion for the week.
WEEK 3.
Continue to practice at least twice a day and you may give yourself two suggestions this week.
WEEK 4.
Use hypnosis at least twice a day and you may give yourself two suggestions per session.
